It’s 2018, and smartphones, social media, and fast speed internet are our cultural norms. If you’re like me, you’ve gotten used to having almost anything right at the edge of your fingertips. “Hey Siri, who sings this song?” “How far away am I from Chick Fil A?” “What’s on my calendar today?” “Are there any mini golden doodles for sale near me?” Whatever your request or need, 99% of the time, our phones are on it! Don’t get me wrong, while technology is a resourceful tool, I strongly believe there should be a healthy balance of the amount of time spent on your smart phone or tablet, in order to spend time with family and friends, reading, continuing education, vacation, or other hobbies and passions.

That being said, at Synergy, we want to give you tools no matter your technology capabilities or beliefs that allow you to conveniently and efficiently access your insurance policy and any questions you may have.

No matter your phone preference. Iphone, Google, Samsung, the list goes on; you can have easy access to your insurance in no time at all!

  1. Open your internet browser.
  2. Type in our website url
  3. Click on the internet settings option
    1. On the Iphone, it’s the up arrow inside a square at the bottom of your screen
    2. On Androids, it’s the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner.

Wasn’t that easy? Being able to talk to someone on the phone or in person is the preferred method of communication in our industry! Our team thrives on personal relationships with you, our clients, and we want you to know how much you are valued! However, there are some instances where that isn’t possible. From offices being closed on weekends to a car breaking down in the middle of the night at 2am on your way home from vacation, there are times where you need help instantly, not the next business day.

When I was 21, after a trip to the beach with my friend Laura, I had a hairline fracture in my radiator, which I was unaware of at the time. In the drive thru at Chick Fil A, all of a sudden a giant spray of fluid came shooting from the hood of my car all along the side of the brick wall of the restaurant, only one car away from the window! Needless to say, as a young adult with practically zero car life experience, I panicked! Thankfully, I called my parents who encouraged me to call our insurance company. They sent a tow truck to come get me and check out my vehicle within the hour. How long would we have been stranded with only delicious chicken as our only companion and the level headedness of two stressed out young women? I’m not sure, and I am glad I never had to find out!
