COVID-19 Announcement

As the COVID-19 outbreak expands in scope and magnitude, Synergy Insurance is actively monitoring emerging and evolving developments from the World Health Organization (WHO) and/or the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The health, well-being, as well as the peace of mind of our clients, partners and their families are of the utmost importance as we are following all local government and public directives regarding the outbreak. While we have no known cases within our own employee base, the Board has made the decision that effective Tuesday, March 17, we are all working remotely until further notice for all employees.

We want to reassure you that while we are taking these preventative measures, this is still a business as usual scenario. Each employee has been equipped with full remote access and operational capability. We are accessible by phone, email and in person meetings to conduct business as we have been in recent past. Employees have been and will continue to be advised and educated on all protocols necessary to work effectively while outside our corporate buildings. Due diligence has been put in place to ensure we continue to provide you our customers the service you have come to expect from us.
