Lydia has lived in the northern Indiana area for most of her life. She graduated from Bethel University in Mishawaka. She has two sons and loves the boy mom life.
Her hobbies include coaching Crossfit, going on adventures with her kids, and discovering new places to eat in the area. Her perfect weekend would include doing some form of fitness outdoors followed by brunch with friends!
