Michelle Smith

Michelle J. Smith – is a Sr. Sales Executive at Keystone who is passionate about her job, her family, and her community.

Michelle graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 1999 and continued in education to get a graduate degree at Ball State University in 2000. She began her career at an independent agency in Indiana in 2001.

In her role at Keystone, she is passionate about advancing the independent insurance agents that are in the Keystone sphere. Michelle does this by supporting new business efforts, creating strategy, and executing great benefits for employees so that employers can attract and retain the best talent and employees can craft financial wellness benefits for their family. Her target objective is to add value to Keystone partners. Michelle thrives in new business sales, strategic planning, and deeper understanding of products.

Michelle is passionate about her family and adores supporting each member and cheering them on as they grow and develop. She is the designated event coordinator and referee to her family of 6.

Michelle is passionate about her community specifically in cultivating a county that is supportive for foster families. Her and her husband served as foster parents for 10 years and are now providing a support group that organizes training opportunities in compliance with state requirements.
